This role focuses on guiding students through their academic and personal development, helping them set goals, build effective study habits, and develop career readiness. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one mentoring sessions, organizing small group workshops, monitoring student progress, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes. The mentor collaborates with internal teams to design and deliver student-focused programs, provides timely feedback and support, and escalates concerns when necessary. The role also involves regular communication with students and stakeholders to ensure a supportive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.Qualifications Strong mentoring, coaching, and counseling abilities to support student growth and well-being.Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with diverse learners.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple student cases, sessions, and administrative tasks efficiently.Basic proficiency in digital tools and office software for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, social work, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Experience working with students, youth programs, or educational institutions is highly beneficial.Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and non-discriminatory practices in all student interactions.Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
