We want you to experience the challenges yourself and understand what new applicants face.About the role1122 is a community where people learn technology by building projects, solving problems, and learning with their peers.We’re looking for someone who can help students find their way, get answers, and reach the right person when they need support.What you’ll doRespond to student questions by email and on Discord.Follow up on requests until students receive an answer.Redirect technical issues to the technical team and learning or evaluation questions to the pedagogy team.Give the team enough context to act: what happened, what the student tried, and where they are blocked.Be active in our 2D virtual campus, welcome new joiners, and help them navigate the community.Support applicants during check-in and the 21-day Sahara selection program.Help students understand the process without solving their challenges for them.Keep common questions and useful answers organized.Share recurring issues with the team so we can improve the student experience.What we’re looking forGood communication, patience, commitment, and willingness to learn. Someone who listens, follows through, and knows when to ask the team for help.You should be comfortable using email and Discord, working with people from different backgrounds, and being present regularly during agreed support hours.No specific degree is required.
