We are urgently hiring for energic and reliable Student Support Assistant for one of our Clients - Government Sector, across UAE - Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain, Ajman, Khor Fakkan.The Student Support Assistant (SSA) provides critical classroom, behavioural, and physical assistance to Students of Determination. You will ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment that empowers students to achieve their academic and personal potential.Assist teachers in implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)Modify learning materials under guidance to suit student needsGuide students through daily classroom activities and lessonsEncourage independent learning and active classroom participationAccompany students during transitions between classes, breaks, and busesSupport students with physical mobility, positioning, and adaptive equipmentAssist with personal care, hygiene, and feeding if requiredMaintain a safe environment by proactively managing physical risksImplement approved behavior management plans and positive interventionsDe-escalate challenging behaviors with patience, calm, and careFoster social interactions and peer friendships during school hoursProvide emotional reassurance to build student self-esteemCommunicate clearly and effectively in English with all stakeholdersCollaborate daily with class teachers, therapists, and special needs teamsLog student progress, behavioral incidents, and daily achievements accuratelyRequirementsEducation: Minimum High School certificate or higher academic qualificationExperience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a related fieldAccepted Backgrounds: Shadow Teacher, Teaching Assistant, Caregiver, Nursery Assistant, or Special Needs SupportLanguage: Good verbal and written communication skills in EnglishFitness: Physically and medically fit to assist with student mobility and safetyTraits: Exceptionally patient, caring, empathetic, and resilientBenefitsMonthly Salary 2500UAE Visa providedMedical Insurance
