Job Description
Experience Required: 3+ years (preferably in student affairs within the education sector)
Job Summary
The Senior Executive – Student Affairs is responsible for end-to-end ownership of the student lifecycle experience on campus — from onboarding and arrival coordination (including airport pick-ups for eligible geographies) through query handling, campus activities, academic progression, documentation, and re-enrollment. This role goes beyond day-to-day execution: it requires the ability to independently manage escalations, coordinate across departments (Admissions, Academics, Finance, Compliance), supervise junior student services staff, and ensure processes run smoothly with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
Included but not limited to:
Student Lifecycle Management
Own the complete student journey on campus — arrival coordination, orientation, account activation/deactivation, re-enrollments, course changes, and academic progression tracking — ensuring accuracy and timely turnaround at each stage.
Case Resolution
Act as the first point of escalation for student queries and issues, liaising with relevant departments to close cases within defined SLAs.
Visa & Compliance Administration
Coordinate with the visa team on renewals, cancellations, and related immigration processes in line with UAE regulations, ensuring full compliance and accurate, audit-ready documentation at all times.
Documentation & Records
Oversee issuance of Bonafide Letters, NOCs, Recommendation Letters, and Student ID cards; maintain and audit student records for accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
Scholarship & Fee Coordination
Track academic performance for scholarship eligibility, and communicate revised fee structures clearly to students, coordinating with Finance where required.
Accommodation & Onboarding Logistics
Coordinate student accommodation bookings and airport pick-ups for new arrivals — where applicable, based on the student's country of origin — ensuring a smooth and well-organized onboarding experience.
Events & Stakeholder Engagement
Plan and execute orientation programs and campus events; represent Student Affairs in cross-departmental coordination with Academics, Admissions, Marketing, and external partners.
Reporting
Maintain task sheets and provide regular status reports to management on assigned tasks and student cases.
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential. Minimum 3 years of experience in student affairs is mandatory. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage escalations. Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and reporting skills.
