Company Description Educore Learning Center provides premium academic support for students from Grade 1 to Grade 12, following British, IB, and American curricula. Located in Dubai Hills and approved by KHDA, the center focuses on high-quality, curriculum-aligned tutoring and learning support. Educore aims to help learners build strong academic foundations and confidence in their studies through structured, individualized guidance. The center is opening soon and currently welcoming inquiries from families and educators interested in progressive, standards-based education opportunities.Role Description This is a part-time Student Teacher role in a hybrid work arrangement, based in Dubai with a combination of on-site responsibilities at Dubai Hills and some work-from-home tasks. The Student Teacher will support lesson delivery by assisting lead educators in planning and preparing engaging sessions aligned with British, IB, and American curricula. Daily tasks include helping facilitate small-group and one-on-one instruction, monitoring student progress, and providing academic support under supervision. The role also involves preparing learning materials, supporting classroom management, collaborating with staff to improve learning outcomes, and maintaining clear, professional communication with educators, learners, and caregivers.Qualifications Candidates should possess foundational Education and Teaching skills, with an interest in working across British, IB, and American curricula.Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Training skills to support the design and delivery of structured learning activities.Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with learners, families, and colleagues in a multicultural environment.Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree or diploma in Education or a related field is preferred.Ability to work part time in a hybrid model (on-site in Dubai Hills and remotely), demonstrating reliability and time management.Comfort supporting learners from G1–G12, with patience, cultural sensitivity, and a learner-centered mindset.Prior tutoring, classroom assistance, or internship experience in an educational setting is an advantage.
