The company is guided by values of teamwork, diversity, scientific integrity, hard work, honesty, and professionalism, providing clients with comprehensive mineral-related solutions.Role Description The Student Volunteer will support MMP’s geoscience and mineral-related projects through a range of on-site tasks in the Riyadh Region. This full-time role includes assisting with field data collection, sampling, basic geological observations, and documentation under the guidance of experienced professionals. The volunteer will help organize and input data, prepare simple reports or summaries, and support the use of remote sensing and basic digital tools as directed. Day-to-day responsibilities may also involve collaborating with team members on project logistics, participating in safety briefings, and contributing to presentations or educational materials. The role is designed to provide practical exposure to geological work, professional teamwork, and industry-standard practices.Qualifications Foundational knowledge or interest in geology, earth sciences, mining, or related fields, with willingness to learn and apply new concepts.Basic skills in data collection, documentation, and use of spreadsheets or simple data entry tools.Ability to follow field safety procedures, work in outdoor environments, and assist with sampling and observational tasks.Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a diverse professional team.Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner.Comfort with using computers and common office software; familiarity with remote sensing or GIS tools is an advantage.Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and commitment to professional conduct and scientific accuracy.Currently enrolled in or recently completed a relevant academic program (e.g., geology, earth sciences, environmental sciences, engineering) is preferred.
