Student Videographer Volunteer – Job DescriptionPosition: Student Videographer VolunteerDuration: 7 DaysDates: 3rd - 9th SeptemberPayment: Per day 50Industry: Exhibitions & EventsJob SummaryWe are looking for creative and enthusiastic student videography volunteers to capture highlights, activities, and memorable moments during our exhibition.Key ResponsibilitiesCapture high-quality photos and videos of the exhibition, visitors, exhibitors, and activities.Create short video clips and content suitable for social media.Capture behind-the-scenes content, interviews, and event highlights.Coordinate with the marketing and media team to cover required activities.Organize and submit recorded content to the designated team member.Follow the event schedule and ensure important moments are covered.Maintain professional conduct while filming exhibitors, visitors, and VIPs.RequirementsCurrent student or recent graduate in Media, Film, Photography, Communications, or a related field.Basic knowledge of videography, photography, and video editing.Familiarity with mobile cameras, DSLR/mirrorless cameras, or other recording equipment.Creative mindset and good attention to detail.Ability to work in a busy exhibition environment.Must have their own camera/phone suitable for recording high-quality content, if applicable.BenefitsCertificate of Participation upon successful completion.Compensation/allowance for the volunteer period.Hands-on experience working at a professional exhibition.Opportunity to build a portfolio and gain practical event-media experience.Join us to gain valuable industry experience and build your media portfolio while being part of a major exhibition!
