They are seeking a Studio Assistant to join their friendly and close-knit team in London. The role would suit someone with entry-level experience in a similar role within the creative sector, who possesses a friendly, confident and proactive attitude.In this varied role, you will play a key role in the studio, providing support across the daily operations of the company, including helping manage diaries, assisting with project admin, and maintaining a well-presented and professional office environment.Based in a vibrant and accessible part of town, this role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills within an established and supportive creative studio, gaining valuable experience across a range of studio activities. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, with the chance to take on responsibility and contribute meaningfully to the studio’s ongoing success.Key Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact: welcome visitors, handle calls and manage studio tidinessManage post, couriers, office supplies and general studio upkeepSupport with travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries for Partners and teamAssist with landlord, building management, IT and telecoms providersCarry out PA duties: manage diaries, emails, tasks, timesheets and expenses for PartnersOversee shared inboxes and maintain contact databasesSupport the team with ad hoc admin, meeting preparation and document formattingAssist with project administration including enquiries, tenders, proposals and filingHelp manage health & safety documentation, act as First Aider and Fire WardenCoordinate internal events and support with marketing activitiesUpdate and maintain project databases and archivesKey Skills/Requirements:Entry level experience in an administrative, studio support or PA role in a creative environmentStrong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailAble to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and work independentlyPositive, approachable and a team playerComfortable liaising with people at all levelsTo apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your CV (and portfolio for design positions).By applying for this role, you are confirming that you agree to our Privacy Policy (full details are shown at the bottom of our website), and that all details submitted by you are correct and to the best of your knowledge.The Crowd is an equal opportunities employer and agency.
