Responsibilities include managing incoming inquiries, assisting with client communication, coordinating appointments, and maintaining studio organization. The role involves supporting project teams with basic research, organizing reference materials, and helping prepare presentations or visual documentation, including simple photography tasks of models or project work. The Studio Assistant also helps with studio logistics, such as preparing meeting spaces, handling supplies, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth studio workflows. This position requires close collaboration with designers and project managers in a dynamic, studio-based environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.Candidates should possess Photography and Art skills to assist with visual documentation, studio imagery, and presentation materials.Candidates should possess solid Research skills to support project teams with collecting and organizing information.Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy studio environment.Candidates should be proficient with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, calendars, basic document and spreadsheet software).Candidates should be comfortable working on-site full time in Utrecht and collaborating with a multidisciplinary design team.Previous experience in a creative, architectural, or design-related environment is beneficial.
