Studio Head / Creative Director

Most creative jobs ask you to fit into a system. This one asks you to build it.We're standing up F2F Studios from a 3-camera, 2-person setup into a proper video department. You'd be the first real production leader in the room — with real say in what F2F Studios becomes.What You'll Do

• Run day-to-day production and lead the crew
• Liaise with the editorial team (Prime) on content and ideas
• Set creative direction across all flagship formats
• Manage vendors and freelancers until the full team is builtWhat You Bring
• 4–8 years in video or content production
• A portfolio that shows range, not just polish
• Comfortable managing people and multiple shoots at onceExperience: 4–8 years
