Known for their warm and earthy interiors, their portfolio of projects include exquisite private residential and residential developments schemes in England. This opportunity will see the successful candidate lead a growing interior design team at an exciting and pivotal stage of the company’s expansion.Role & Responsibility Leading an interior design team working on UHNW projects Driving design cohesion by curating all aspects of FF&E, from samples through to processes Looking after project performance, and delivery from concept through to completionImplementing and overseeing project timelines & budgets Working in partnership with the Director and other heads of departmentRequired Skills & Experience Proven experience running a UK based, high-end interior design studio Ability to lead a team of 20+ designers working on national and international projectsStrong interior design background paired with proven experience elevating design standardsExperience reviewing and implementing internal systems, processes, team organisation, timelines and budgets Exceptional client management experience and business development abilities *Please note that the anticipated timeline for this key appointment is Q1/Q2 2027.If you’re interested in this Studio Lead opportunity in South West London please send CV & portfolio to gaby.montero@hunterdunning.co.uk 📩
