external creative partners to deliver compelling content efficiently, consistently, and at scale.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Studio Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, production workflow, resources, people, projects, facilities, equipment, budgets, and quality standards of our creative studio.The successful candidate will ensure the studio operates as an efficient, organized, high-performing creative production environment, balancing creative quality with deadlines, budgets, brand standards, and business priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the studio operating model.Establish studio workflows, processes, standards, and operating procedures.Manage day-to-day studio operations.Coordinate studio resources across multiple creative projects.Manage incoming creative requests and production requirements.Establish project intake and prioritization processes.Review briefs for completeness, feasibility, timing, resources, and production requirements.Allocate studio resources according to business priorities.Develop and maintain studio production schedules.Coordinate multiple concurrent projects.Monitor project progress from briefing through final delivery.Identify bottlenecks, resource conflicts, and production risks.Escalate critical issues.Ensure projects are delivered on time and to required quality standards.Manage creative production workflows.Coordinate with Creative Directors, Designers, Art Directors, Copywriters, Photographers, Videographers, Editors, Animators, Motion Designers, Producers, and other creative specialists.Ensure projects move efficiently through briefing, concept development, production, review, approval, and delivery.Establish clear ownership and accountability for deliverables.Coordinate internal and external production resources.Manage studio capacity and utilization.Forecast workload and resource requirements.Identify capacity constraints.Develop resource plans for upcoming campaigns and projects.Balance workloads across team members.Identify opportunities for freelancers, contractors, agencies, or production partners when internal capacity is insufficient.Maintain a resource-allocation dashboard.Monitor utilization and productivity.Manage studio personnel.Lead, supervise, coach, and develop studio staff.Establish individual and team objectives.Conduct performance reviews.Identify training and development needs.Support recruitment and onboarding.Establish clear roles and responsibilities.Build a collaborative and accountable studio culture.Encourage high standards of creativity, quality, efficiency, and professionalism.Manage studio freelancers and contractors.Source and coordinate freelance designers, photographers, videographers, editors, animators, stylists, producers, and other specialists.Maintain approved freelance and creative-resource databases.Evaluate freelancer performance.Negotiate rates within approved parameters.Ensure appropriate contracts and confidentiality agreements are in place.Manage external creative and production agencies.Brief agencies and production partners.Define scopes of work, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.Review agency proposals and production plans.Monitor agency performance.Coordinate agency deliverables with internal studio workflows.Evaluate external-provider performance.Support procurement and vendor selection.Manage studio project management.Establish project-management standards.Maintain production trackers and project dashboards.Monitor deadlines, milestones, dependencies, approvals, and deliverables.Conduct regular production reviews.Escalate projects at risk.Maintain accurate project documentation.Manage creative briefs.Ensure briefs clearly specifications are met for print, digital, video, social, advertising, events, presentations, and other formats.Coordinate proofreading and content checks.Ensure technical specifications are validated before delivery.Manage photography production.Coordinate photoshoots, photographers, models, locations, equipment, styling, props, schedules, releases, and post-production.Develop shoot plans and call sheets.Manage photography budgets.Ensure appropriate usage rights and releases are obtained.Maintain photography archives and metadata.Manage video production.Coordinate video projects from pre-production through final delivery.Manage scripts, storyboards, locations, crews, equipment, talent, production schedules, editing, sound, graphics, color, and final mastering.Coordinate internal and external video-production resources.Manage video-production budgets.Ensure required releases and usage rights are secured.Manage post-production.Coordinate editing, animation, motion graphics, audio, sound design, color correction, subtitles, captions, formatting, and final delivery.Establish post-production review processes.Manage version control.Ensure final masters are appropriately archived.Manage motion and animation production.Coordinate motion-design and animation requirements.Ensure appropriate creative direction, timelines, technical specifications, and review Photography, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Professional qualifications in project management, creative production, media, or related fields are advantageous.Knowledge of UAE/GCC creative-production, media, events, and supplier markets is advantageous.Arabic language proficiency is advantageous.
