Responsibilities
Take ownership of the smooth day-to-day running of the studio, ensuring an efficient and professional environment.Work closely with Partners and senior leadership on operational and administrative matters.Oversee facilities, suppliers, contractors, maintenance, H&S and office services.Manage office budgets, expenditure and supplier relationships.Develop and improve office systems, processes and procedures.Act as a senior point of contact for clients, consultants, visitors and external stakeholders.Oversee HR and people administration, including onboarding and staff support.Support studio events, internal communications and practice-wide initiatives.
Requirements
Significant experience in a senior Office Manager, Practice Manager or Studio Manager position, ideally within an architecture, design or other creative professional services environment.Proven ability to take ownership of office operations, facilities, suppliers, budgets and administrative processes, with strong commercial and organisational awareness.Confident stakeholder manager with the gravitas to work closely with Partners, senior leadership, clients and external consultants, while providing effective support across the wider practice.Strategic, proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to identify improvements, manage competing priorities and contribute to the ongoing development of the practice and its culture.
