Its signature workout is Pilates inspired and cardio infused, delivering a full body session that is low impact and high intensity. Classes run on specialist reformer based equipment that integrates rowing and cycling, set to music and lighting for an energetic, immersive experience.The RoleThis is a launch opportunity. You’ll join as Lead Instructor and work closely with the franchisee, who will run the studio as owner manager during the opening period. Together you’ll set the tone for the studio, from the presale campaign through to launch and the first months of trading. After around three to four months, you’ll step up into the full Studio Manager role, with ownership of the studio’s commercial performance, team and community.Phase 1: Lead Instructor and Launch PartnerWork alongside the franchisee to set the standards, culture and tone of the studio from day onePlay an active role in the presale campaign, driving founding memberships ahead of openingSupport marketing activity, including social media content, local outreach, partnerships and launch eventsLead sales conversations with prospective members and convert enquiries and trial classes into membershipsDeliver classes to the set schedule, with clear, precise cueing and correct form at all timesKnow clients’ injuries before class and modify where neededIntroduce every new client to the equipment before their first classMentor, onboard and support the instructor team to brand standardsPhase 2: Studio ManagerOversee all daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experienceLead, develop and hold the instructor team accountable, including scheduling, cover and time offDrive membership growth, conversion and retention, and monitor key studio KPIsKeep the studio clean, safe, organised and on brand at every touchpointManage studio social media and support local outreach, partnerships and eventsContinue to teach a regular weekly class scheduleWhat We’re Looking ForCertified Personal Trainer or recognised Pilates certification (Mat or Reformer)Strong group fitness teaching experience (Pilates, HIIT, cycling, barre or similar)Previous team leadership or studio management experience, or clear readiness to step upCommercial awareness, with confidence in sales and membership conversations (presale or studio launch experience is a strong advantage)Excellent communication, organisation and problem solving skillsExperience with studio software such as Mindbody is an advantageThe PackageAED 20,000 per month, tax free (approx. £4,000)Flights to the UAEFirst month’s accommodationPrivate medical insuranceAnnual return flight homeFull brand certification and training providedA clear path into studio management
