Studio Manager Producer

The Role As a Producer, you will play a key role in overseeing content production, managing talent bookings, and ensuring seamless execution of all production methods for Zeelum studios. You will collaborate closely with all studios teams to maintain a high standard of organization, efficiency, and quality. Responsibilities Oversee the full production process for eCommerce and editorial shoots, from pre-production to post-production Manage clients, talent bookings, confirmations, holds, and freelancer contract agreements Own and maintain the talent roster, vetting new talent and crew Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Photo, Styling, and Studio to ensure smooth workflows Support and optimize the use of Project Management software (monday.com) for scheduling, task management, and talent organization Oversee the creation and distribution of call sheets, production schedules, and shot lists. Ensure seamless on-set execution, managing production logistics, sample tracking, and set organization Oversee the packing/unpacking of samples and preparation for shoots In collaboration with production and studio operations, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, well-organized office and studio space to uphold professional and client-ready standards Oversee office supplies, catering, and facility vendor relations, tracking budgets for these areas Supervise and mentor the Production Coordinator, providing guidance on project coordination and best practices Support the training and development of interns and junior team members, assigning tasks and helping them gain hands-on production experience Foster a culture of problem-solving, resourcefulness, and proactive decision-making within the team Draft estimates and invoices, as well as compiling and updating client information, contracts and booking agreements Provide hands-on support for the on-set production team, ensuring a smooth workflow and proactive problem-solving You Are Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and time management Proactive and able to anticipate production and operational needs before they arise A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume content creation environment A team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with talent, clients, and internal teams Passionate about eCommerce, photography, and production, with a drive to continuously improve processes and workflows Tech-savvy, comfortable with Google Sheets, Microsoft, and Project Management tools Flexible and adaptable to the ever changing ecommerce landscape Open minded to new production methods and ways of working Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in photography production, or a related field Experience in high-volume content creation (eCommerce experience preferred) Familiarity with talent coordination, contracts, and booking management Strong understanding of on-set operations and the production lifecycle.
