قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجAbout KitworksKitworks is a Toronto-based brand experience company creating custom kits, branded merchandise, PR drops, influencer kits, packaging and corporate experiences for brands and agencies.We're growing, we're busy, and we're building out our operations team.We're looking for a Studio + Operations Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our studio while also playing a critical role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly.This is not a traditional receptionist role.You'll be the person who knows what's coming and going, which courier is coming at 2:00, where that box went, whether the monthly program is ready to ship and whether we have enough shipping supplies for next week.You'll work closely with our Production + Operations Manager and become an important part of the team that makes sure our projects get out the door looking great and on time.What You'll DoOwn the Front of the StudioYou'll be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, couriers and visitors.Receive and sign for incoming deliveriesCheck incoming shipments and ensure they get to the right placeCoordinate courier pickups and local deliveriesPrepare outgoing shipmentsKeep track of incoming and outgoing packagesGreet clients, vendors and visitorsAnswer the studio phone and manage general inquiriesKeep the front of the studio organized and welcomingHelp manage day-to-day office needs and suppliesSupport Shipping + LogisticsYou'll work closely with our Production + Operations Manager to keep products and projects moving.Book couriers and deliveriesPrepare shipping labels and documentationTrack shipments and flag delaysHelp resolve delivery issuesMaintain shipping and delivery recordsHelp with inventory counts and product organizationPull and prepare products for upcoming projectsKeep shipping supplies stockedHelp organize outgoing project shipmentsOwn Recurring Client ProgramsKitworks manages several ongoing programs that ship on a recurring basis. You'll take ownership of the operational details for assigned programs, including:Maintaining recipient listsConfirming inventoryPreparing products and packagingCoordinating assemblyPreparing shipping labelsCoordinating courier pickupTracking deliveriesManaging returned or failed deliveriesMaintaining program trackersPreparing for the next shipment cycleYou'll become the person who knows exactly where each recurring program stands.Help Run the StudioKeep the studio organized and operationalMonitor office and shipping suppliesOrder supplies when neededHelp maintain organized product storageCoordinate building or office-related needsSupport production and assembly daysHelp keep the studio looking polished and professionalWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is organized, energetic, resourceful and genuinely enjoys being busy.You might come from:Events or experiential marketingPR or an agencyE-commercePromotional productsRetail operationsHospitalityLogistics or shippingStudio coordinationOffice operationsProductionMerchandisingYou don't need experience in all of these areas.
