Applicants can learn more about the company and its work via the website and social channels.Role Description The Studio Photographer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Studio Photographer will plan and execute studio photoshoots, including setting up lighting, backgrounds, and camera equipment, and capturing high-quality images for a variety of clients and occasions. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients and internal team members to understand creative requirements, directing subjects during shoots, and adjusting technical settings to achieve desired visual outcomes. The role also involves selecting, editing, and retouching images, organizing and backing up digital files, and preparing final deliverables according to project timelines and brand standards. The Studio Photographer is expected to maintain studio equipment, support occasional on-location shoots, and contribute ideas to improve visual style and workflow efficiency.QualificationsStrong technical photography skills, including studio lighting, camera operation, and composition.Proficiency with photo editing and retouching software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom or equivalent tools).Ability to manage full shoot workflows, from pre-production planning and setup through post-production and delivery.Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to direct subjects and collaborate with diverse teams.Organizational skills for managing multiple projects, file naming, backup procedures, and time-sensitive deadlines.Prior experience in studio photography for events, portraits, fashion, or commercial work; portfolio required.Familiarity with current photography trends, visual storytelling techniques, and social media-ready content.Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with flexibility to support shoots across the UAE when needed.Relevant diploma or degree in photography, visual arts, media, or equivalent professional experience.
