You will serve as the primary point of contact for studio bookings, ensuring a seamless, best-in-class production experience while managing the end-to-end booking ecosystem, real-time operational support, systems administration, and financial oversight.Key ResponsibilitiesStudio Bookings & SchedulingManage all studio bookings and optimize scheduling to maximize studio utilization.Coordinate resources and prevent scheduling conflicts.Communicate booking confirmations, updates, and production details to clients and internal teams.Maintain and optimize the studio booking system (WebCheckout or similar).Communications & ReportingCreate monthly studio newsletters and executive-level presentations.Generate quarterly utilization reports and scorecards.Analyze historical and upcoming studio usage to identify operational improvements.Team LeadershipSupervise production assistants and coordinate daily workflows.Manage staffing schedules to ensure appropriate operational support.Provide guidance and mentorship to studio support staff.Client ManagementServe as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external production partners.Consult on project requirements and anticipate client needs.Deliver exceptional service throughout the production lifecycle.Equipment ManagementPartner with the Equipment Manager to maintain studio equipment and assets.Oversee inventory accuracy, maintenance schedules, repairs, and equipment upgrades.Financial AdministrationTrack operational expenses, equipment purchases, and studio-related budgets.Maintain accurate financial records within approved spending thresholds.Studio Operations & LogisticsOversee daily studio operations, facility logistics, and inventory management.Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready production environment.Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure uninterrupted operations.Facilities & SecurityManage freight, courier deliveries, and facility logistics.Oversee guest access procedures and vendor compliance.Verify Certificates of Insurance (COI) and maintain security protocols.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Film, Television, Communications, or a related field preferred.Proven experience in studio or production management within the media production industry.Strong understanding of production workflows, studio equipment, and industry terminology.Experience with booking and resource management platforms such as WebCheckout or similar.Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with experience creating executive presentations and reports.Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data and translate insights into planning and resource optimization.Proven leadership experience managing production support teams.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with both clients and cross-functional teams.Effective problem-solving skills in fast-paced production environments.Passion for beauty, fragrance, and skincare is a plus.Nice to Have: Experience supporting live streaming production workflows and technical setups.Regards,Vishnu Das Natesandvishnu@radiants.com
