The team is driven by the belief that every student deserves accurate guidance and support to achieve their aspirations.Role Description The Study Abroad Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The advisor will support students through the entire study abroad journey, including initial counseling, university and program selection, and application preparation. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one advising sessions, explaining admission requirements, guiding students on documentation, and coordinating with universities and partners. The role involves assisting with visa-related processes, organizing or participating in educational events, and maintaining accurate records and follow-up communication with students and families. The Study Abroad Advisor will collaborate with colleagues to improve advising materials, ensure up-to-date knowledge of international education options, and contribute to a professional, student-centered experience.Qualifications Strong Educational Consulting and study abroad advisory skills, with experience supporting students in academic and career decision-making.Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Communication abilities to counsel diverse students and interact with families and institutional partners.Knowledge of Visas and related processes, including basic understanding of student visa requirements and documentation for key study destinations.Consulting skills to assess student profiles, recommend suitable programs, and provide clear, structured guidance.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field; relevant certifications in counseling or international education are an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain organized, accurate records.Familiarity with international higher education systems and admission procedures; prior experience in an education consultancy or university advising office is preferred.Proficiency in English; additional language skills are beneficial for supporting a diverse student population.
