Role Description This is a full-time Study Abroad Advisor role based in Lagos with a hybrid work model, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Study Abroad Advisor will assist students with academic and visa guidance, support effective decision-making, and develop consulting strategies tailored to individual needs. Additional responsibilities include engaging with educational institutions, maintaining effective communication with students, and providing accurate information about study abroad programs and visa requirements. The role also involves handling administrative tasks and representing the organization in events as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in Educational Consulting, including assisting students through the study abroad processStrong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills for engaging with students and partner institutionsGood understanding of Visa processes and related requirements for international studyPrevious experience in academic counseling, education, or consulting roles preferredExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or related fieldsPassion for fostering academic opportunities for African students
