The team is driven by the belief that every student deserves the right direction to achieve their dreams and maximize their potential.Role Description The Study Abroad Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves providing one-on-one guidance to students on study abroad options, including suitable programs, universities, and destinations. The advisor will support students through the entire application process, from initial counseling and document preparation to submission and follow-up. Daily responsibilities include organizing and conducting counseling sessions, participating in educational events, responding to student and parent inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of student profiles and progress. The advisor will also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth, supportive experience for students pursuing international education opportunities.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Educational Consulting and Consulting skills to guide students through study abroad pathways and admissions processes.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to interact effectively with students, families, and institutional partners.Candidates should possess knowledge of Visas and basic immigration procedures related to student applications and study permits.Candidates should have strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills to handle multiple student cases and deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, international relations, or a related field is preferred.Experience in academic advising, international education, or student services is beneficial.Ability to work with diverse backgrounds in a culturally sensitive, inclusive manner.Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
