Study Abroad Advisor International Admissions & Visas

A growing international education group is expanding its Nairobi office. We work with 450+ partner universities across Europe, the UK, the USA, Canada and Australia, and we are hiring an experienced Study Abroad Advisor to take students and parents from first enquiry to visa. This is a commercial role in international education, not a psychological or school guidance counselling position.What you'll doAdvise students and parents on destinations, universities and course choiceRun applications end to end: documents, submission, offers, enrolmentPrepare student visa applications and coach students for interviewsWork directly with partner university admissions teamsHandle walk-in enquiries, school visits and fairs, and hit monthly enrolment targetsMust haveAt least 1.5 years in study abroad advising, at an education agency, university office or admissions teamHands-on admissions and visa experience for at least two of: UK, Ireland, Schengen Europe, Canada, Australia, USAExisting working relationships with university admissions teamsConfident with parents, not only studentsCurrently based in Nairobi, available onsiteWhat we offerCompetitive salary, agreed individually at interviewTraining delivered by our partner universitiesA new team being built now, with real progression into senior and team lead rolesSend your updated CV to anastassiya@kairosservices.ae
