Team members work in an international, service-oriented environment with opportunities to engage diverse client profiles and immigration pathways.Role Description The Study Immigration Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This role involves advising prospective students on study-related immigration options, including visa requirements, documentation, and eligibility criteria for destinations such as Canada and Portugal. The consultant will conduct detailed assessments of client profiles, recommend suitable immigration and study pathways, and assist with application preparation and submission. Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration regulations, coordinating with legal and administrative teams, following up on application progress, and providing clear, timely communication to clients. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, participating in outreach or information sessions, and supporting continuous improvement of internal processes and client service standards.Qualifications Strong knowledge of immigration issues and global immigration processes relevant to study pathways.Understanding of visas and related documentation requirements for multiple countries.Familiarity with applicable law and regulatory frameworks related to immigration and international education.Consulting skills, including client assessment, advisory communication, and solution-focused guidance.Bachelor’s degree in law, international relations, education, or a related field is preferred.Experience in immigration consulting, student recruitment, or international education advisory is an advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are beneficial.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple client cases simultaneously.Comfort working with digital tools and case management systems in a professional office environment.
