Our work is rooted in strong industry relationships, creative precision, discretion, and professional execution.As the studio continues to grow, we are looking for a senior styling professional who can work closely with the Lead Stylist and take ownership of the styling side of projects from preparation through execution.This is not a beginner's role. We are looking for someone with practical industry experience who understands fashion styling, PR relationships, fittings, samples, and on-set etiquette.The RoleThe Senior Styling Assistant / Styling Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and, when required, independently managing the creative and physical execution of styling jobs.You will work closely with the Lead Stylist to ensure every look, fitting, pull, shoot, and return is executed to a high professional standard.Key ResponsibilitiesStyling & WardrobeAssist the Lead Stylist with creative preparation and wardrobe planningIndependently pull wardrobe from PR showrooms, designers, and brand partnersSource and coordinate garments, accessories, shoes, and styling piecesPrepare styling racks, kits, and shoot-ready looksOrganize wardrobe according to looks, talent, and shoot requirementsMaintain accurate records of borrowed samplesEnsure all styling pieces are protected, organized, and returned correctlyCelebrity & Client FittingsCoordinate and manage celebrity and client fittings professionallyPrepare fitting areas and complete looks in advanceHandle garments and samples with care and discretionCommunicate confidently with talent, representatives, designers, PR teams, and other stakeholdersIdentify and resolve fitting or wardrobe issues quicklyMaintain a calm, polished presence in high-pressure environmentsOn-Set ExecutionSupport styling on editorial, commercial, and celebrity shootsDemonstrate excellent shoot etiquette and professional conductMaintain wardrobe organization throughout productionMonitor looks, changes, accessories, and continuityAnticipate the Lead Stylist's needs before and during shootsStep into an independent styling support role when requiredRepresent the studio professionally when working without the Lead StylistSample & Wardrobe LogisticsPack and unpack wardrobe carefully and systematicallyTrack all samples from collection through returnCoordinate with couriers and showrooms when requiredEnsure returns are complete, timely, and in excellent conditionFlag missing, damaged, or incorrect items immediatelyProtect and maintain
