In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients based in the United States, understanding their career backgrounds and professional goals, and translating them into compelling, ATS-optimised resumes that stand out in the competitive US job market.You should have a foundational understanding of management practices and organizational hierarchies — gained through direct work experience — to offer meaningful career guidance and tailor resumes that authentically represent each client's leadership potential.Required Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a management, team-lead, or supervisory capacity — this experience is essential to guide clients who hold similar professional profiles.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English — ability to converse fluently and confidently with US-based clients.Strong understanding of US resume formats, industry-specific terminologies, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) optimisation techniques.Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and clarity.Ability to work night shifts consistently (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST) without compromise on quality.Comfortable handling multiple client accounts simultaneously with strong time management skills.Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, and email communication tools.A customer-first attitude with the ability to handle feedback constructively and professionally.Perks & BenefitsTwo-way cab facility provided for night shift (drop & pick-up).Opportunity to work directly with a dynamic US client base.Collaborative and growth-focused work environment.Performance-based incentives and career advancement opportunities.Exposure to global hiring standards and best practices in resume writing.How to ApplyInterested candidates are requested to send their updated resume to:tushar.ahuja@silverspaceinc.com
