By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for UNEECOPS TECHNOLOGIES LTD and for the people who work here.UNEECOPS TECHNOLOGIES LTD, currently seeks a SME for Education department to join our team in Noida.Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Accountancy, Business Studies and EconomicsLocation: Work From OfficeExperience: 2–6 yearsRole OverviewWe are looking for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with strong domain knowledge in Accountancy, Business Studies and Economics for K-12 education.The role involves developing, reviewing, and enhancing academic content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with curriculum standards.The candidate should be able to simplify concepts and create engaging learning material for students.Core ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of the core subject (K-12 level), including facts, concepts, theories, and principlesWrite clear, structured, and easy-to-understand solutions for studentsDevelop and review high-quality academic content, including:Questions (MCQs, subjective, HOTS)Explanations and solutionsNotes and concept summariesPrepare questionnaires, sample papers, and assessment modulesPerform content analysis and ensure alignment with curriculum standards (NCERT, CBSE, ICSE, etc.)Conduct quality checks, proofreading, and editing of academic content and manuscriptsEnsure accuracy and consistency across practice and assessment modulesRequired SkillsStrong subject knowledge in the respective domainExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to present concepts in a simple and structured mannerGood analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and quality-focused approachAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentPreferred Qualifications3+ years of experience in teaching, content development, or EdTechSelf-motivated and proactive approach to workExperience in question paper setting, content creation, or academic publishingFamiliarity with curriculum frameworks and assessment designQualification & Education RequirementsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in the relevant subject (Accountancy / Business Studies / Economics)B.Ed.
