We are the AI solutions provider-of-choice for four of the five largest global technology companies, as well as top-tier organizations in finance, insurance, law, healthcare, and more.With a global workforce of over 5,000 employees and presence in 13 cities across the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Israel, India, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines, we combine advanced ML/AI technologies, subject matter expertise, and secure infrastructure to unlock the full potential of artificial intelligence.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, review, and evaluate scientific content and datasets for AI/LLM training.Assess AI-generated responses for accuracy, reasoning, clarity, and scientific correctness.Identify errors, inconsistencies, ambiguity, bias, and hallucinations in model outputs.Develop and validate scientific questions, problems, solutions, and evaluation guidelines.Conduct research and collaborate with AI/ML, data, and linguistic teams to improve model performance.RequirementsPhD in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related field.Strong analytical, research, and scientific reasoning skills.Excellent scientific writing and communication abilities.Experience in academic research, publications, laboratory/computational research, or scientific analysis.Familiarity with Generative AI/LLMs or AI evaluation is a plus.QualificationsPhD in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field, with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. Experience in scientific research, academic or technical writing, and the ability to evaluate scientific content and AI-generated outputs for accuracy and clarity. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail are essential. Familiarity with AI/LLMs or data annotation is a plus.📩 Interested?
