The role will support the definition of healthcare business terms, Critical Data Elements (CDEs), data quality rules, authoritative data sources, and KPI validation across Abu Dhabi healthcare entities.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine healthcare business glossary terms, data definitions, and semantic relationshipsLead Critical Data Element (CDE) identification and prioritizationEstablish business-driven data accuracy, consistency, and completeness rulesValidate healthcare reference data, registers, and authoritative data sourcesSupport data privacy, classification, anonymization, and sensitive-data handling requirementsReview and validate healthcare KPIs, metrics, and reporting definitionsAssess business impact of data quality issues and remediation plansCollaborate with business, clinical, operational, and technical stakeholdersMentor analysts on healthcare domain knowledge and data interpretationRequired Experience8+ years of experience in Healthcare Data, Clinical Informatics, Health Information Management, or Healthcare AnalyticsExperience with clinical and administrative healthcare datasetsStrong knowledge of healthcare standards such as ICD, SNOMED CT, LOINC, and DRGHands-on experience with data definitions, glossaries, data dictionaries, CDEs, and data quality frameworksUnderstanding of healthcare privacy and regulatory requirementsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsPreferredUAE healthcare sector experienceFamiliarity with Abu Dhabi healthcare standards and ADHICSExperience with data governance tools, metadata management, and KPI frameworksArabic language proficiencyDomain: Healthcare Data Governance | Data Quality | Clinical Informatics | Healthcare Analytics | Data Management
