The impact for our students and their families is immediate and life changing.The Summit Resource Center (SRC), a part of The Summit School, provides ancillary services to the community such as diagnostic testing, benchmark testing, tutoring, informational workshops, summer programs, and professional development. We are seeking an SRC Coordinator to coordinate all operations of this program. This is a 12-month, full time position. This position has a strong emphasis on client relationship management. Main position responsibilities:Building relationships with potential clients Building relationships with clinicians and tutorsCoordinate all business operations for testing and tutoring Manage administrative summer camp dutiesManage administrative duties of annual symposia Support the Director of Enrollment Management in admissions activitiesPrimary ResponsibilitiesTesting:Coordinates testing as follows:Responds to inquiries about testing servicesSends inquirers all appropriate documentation describing assessments and follows up for questions and guidance.Schedules appointments with clinicians & clientsCreates the file of the client, assures that the file is inclusive when the case is complete, stores files by year when file drawer is full (digital records of Final Reports)Ensures that all testing materials are replenished and submits orders for additional materials with Executive Director approvalMaintains inquiry databaseCoordinates billing with Business ManagerSchedules and administers Benchmark testingAssists with CPT invoices as requestedCoordinate Tutoring:Fields phone call inquiries from potential tutoring clients to assess their placement needsPlaces tutoring clients with appropriate tutorsBuilds and maintains tutor-client databaseCollects and organizes all client contractsFields any client concerns regarding tutor or tutoring process and confers with Director of Enrollment Manager and/or Executive Director when appropriateAdministers or schedules diagnostic testing to determine appropriate placement for clientsNotifies tutors about professional development events at the school when appropriate and when advised by Executive DirectorCoordinates billing with business managerSummer Camps Administrator: Camp Summit (July) and Specialty CampsCoordinate registration, field inquiriesCoordinate and schedule screening and testing Assist with marketing and promotion collateral productionAssist Camp Director with staff onboarding paperworkManage administrative camp duties Work collaboratively with Camp Director and assist with state compliance paperwork requirementsSymposia – Fall and Spring EventsWork with Marketing and Development teams for promotionCoordinate CEUs for attendees If needed, work with speaker (s) to secure accommodationsCoordinate registration and volunteersWork in conjunction with Events Coordinator on all facets of eventEnrollment Management Team (EMT)Assist Director of Enrollment Management with administrative tasks such as data entry, file maintenance, schedule preparation, and open houses.Serve on Enrollment Management Team with Director of Enrollment Management and Marketing and Communications ManagerAssist with retention and EMT efforts such as: coordination of events (Community Talks) and outreach to lead sourcesThe candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. The salary range for this position is $43,000-$50,000, depending on experience, education, and knowledge base.
