The organization focuses on sustainable sourcing, consistent product quality, and value-added processing for domestic and international markets.Role Description: The Supercritical Fluid Extraction Machine Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Tihu, Nalbari, Assam. The role involves operating and monitoring supercritical CO₂ extraction machinery to process spices and tea according to standard operating procedures. Daily tasks include setting up equipment parameters, loading and unloading raw materials, observing pressure and temperature readings, and maintaining production logs. The operator checks product quality at different stages, performs routine equipment cleaning, and reports any deviations or mechanical issues to the supervisor. The role also requires coordinating with lab, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure safe operations and consistent output.QualificationsAbility to operate and monitor industrial extraction Machinery and demonstrate strong Machine Operation skills.Experience using hand tools for routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor adjustments on production equipment.Knowledge of basic Quality Control practices, including sampling, visual inspection, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.Effective Communication skills to work with production, quality, and maintenance teams and to follow written and verbal instructions.Prior experience in a food, beverage, or chemical processing environment is preferred.Understanding of safety procedures related to high-pressure systems and industrial equipment.Ability to stand for extended periods, perform manual handling tasks, and work in shift-based schedules as needed.Relevant technical diploma or vocational training in mechanical, chemical, or industrial operations is an advantage.
