This role will oversee on-site execution, including phased and occupied renovations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to high-quality standards.Project Type:Hospitality Renovations | Hotel TI | Occupied Remodels | Amenity Upgrades | FF&E CoordinationWhy join us?Why This Role:Strong pipeline of hospitality renovation workHigh-visibility projects with repeat businessStable and growing organizationOpportunity for long-term growthJob DetailsKey Responsibilities:Lead all on-site construction activities for hotel renovation projectsManage subcontractors, scheduling, and daily site operationsCoordinate phased construction in occupied environments with minimal disruptionEnforce OSHA safety standards and site cleanlinessConduct daily logs, site walks, and quality control inspectionsCoordinate inspections and ensure compliance with plans and specificationsPartner with Project Managers on RFIs, schedules, and change ordersOversee punch list completion and project closeoutQualifications:5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractorStrong experience with hospitality / hotel renovations (required)Experience working in occupied / phased construction environmentsProven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and field coordinationStrong understanding of plans, specs, and construction sequencingOSHA 30 preferredProficiency with Procore or similar construction management softwareInterested in hearing more?
