This individual will serve as a senior field leader responsible for driving project execution, mentoring Superintendents, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading vertical commercial construction projects, managing multiple Superintendents simultaneously, and working on high-profile projects ranging from $10M-$50M+.Provide leadership and oversight for multiple Superintendents across several active construction projects.Manage manpower planning, workforce allocation, and field productivity across projects.Conduct regular jobsite visits to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and company standards are consistently met.Mentor, coach, and develop Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and field personnel.Review project schedules and proactively identify potential delays or operational challenges.Partner with Project Managers and Operations Leadership to drive successful project outcomes.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce development initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, clients, inspectors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.Support operational planning and forecasting efforts for upcoming projects.
