Superintendent

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with HCAI experience to oversee the day-to-day field operations of commercial construction projects from start to completion. The Superintendent will manage subcontractors, coordinate schedules, maintain quality and safety standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Responsibilities:Supervise daily construction activities and subcontractor performance.Coordinate project schedules, inspections, materials, and site logistics.Enforce project plans, specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.Lead coordination meetings and communicate progress with the Project Manager and project team.Track and resolve field issues, RFIs, and coordination conflicts.Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.Coordinate with owners, architects, inspectors, and other project stakeholders.Requirements:5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.Required: HCAI (OSHPD) construction experience.Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, plans, and specifications.Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple project priorities.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.OSHA 30 certification preferred.
