Superintendent, Maintenance Planning - Rolling

-Technical or Job-Related RequirementsProvide direct leadership for maintenance execution, engineers and resource planning.Ensure compliance to EHS, PTW and LOTO; lead incident/near-miss follow-up actions.Maintain strong interface with operations to prioritize critical work and restore flow.Drive maintenance to achieve production targets, availability and recovery performance.Maintain SWIs and visual quality management; ensure customer specs complianceDrive maintenance strategy implementation (PM/PdM/RCM) and KPI tracking.Develop and control contractors’ scope of work and performance (safety, quality, schedule).Lead shutdown/turnaround planning, readiness and execution control.Lead RCA and failure elimination for chronic issues; ensure corrective actions closed.Manage manpower deployment, overtime control and emergency call-outs.Plan, supervise and validate contractor work including scope definition, quality and safety.Control cost within budget and report performance with clear recovery plan.-Education QualificationBachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or technical diploma/certificate in relevant engineering-at least 10 Years of Experience
