Job Title: Superintendent PharmacistLocation: Lagos, NigeriaWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing pharmacy operations, and delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care while driving business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.Manage inventory, controlled medicines, and stock accuracy.Lead, supervise, and develop pharmacy staff.Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care and patient counseling.Monitor prescription dispensing and ensure accuracy.Drive sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure license renewals and compliance.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or Pharm.D).Current registration and practicing licence with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in a retail or community pharmacy.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Good knowledge of pharmacy regulations and inventory management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy management systems is an added advantage.What We Offer300k Monthly gross800k Superintendent FeeCareer growth and development opportunities.A collaborative and supportive work environment.
