Xceed also holds several international certifications in business continuity, quality, occupational health and safety, environmental management, and information security, reflecting a strong commitment to operational excellence and employee well-being.Role Description The Supervisor Application Developer (.NET & AI LLM) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications that support Xceed’s BPO operations. This role oversees a team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and coaching to ensure high-quality solutions using .NET technologies and modern AI Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating business requirements into scalable architectures, integrating AI-driven features into existing systems, managing application performance and security, and coordinating with infrastructure, operations, and customer service teams. The supervisor also contributes to solution roadmaps, supports production deployments, troubleshoots complex issues, and promotes best practices in software development, documentation, and DevOps processes.Qualifications Strong analytical skills to design, optimize, and troubleshoot complex application architectures and AI-driven solutions.Ability to provide training and mentorship to development teams, fostering continuous learning and knowledge sharing.Foundational understanding of accounting concepts to support integration with billing, reporting, and financial systems.Experience in technical support, including diagnosing application issues, coordinating fixes, and ensuring stable production environments.Customer service mindset to align technical solutions with client requirements and deliver reliable, user-focused applications.5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and related frameworks, including RESTful APIs and microservices.Practical experience integrating and working with AI LLMs (e.g., Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or similar platforms) within enterprise applications.Proficiency in SQL and relational databases; familiarity with NoSQL and data pipelines is an advantage.Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding practices.Bachelor’s degree
