Supervisor Assistant

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of driven individuals dedicated to making a difference in the industry.ResponsibilitiesDaily pre-shift huddle: assign tasks, set targets, reinforce safety, ensure everyone understands daily volume and priorities. Real-time monitoring of picking, packing, and inbound progress and quality; dynamically reallocate manpower to meet SLA. Handle floor exceptions:stockouts, mis-picks, equipment breakdowns, system issues — respond immediately and escalate to Supervisor. Ensure 5S and housekeeping in your area — correct slotting, clear aisles, organized floor. Manage scheduling, attendance, task allocation, and performance records for the associates. 6.Enforce warehouse safety rules (PPE, forklift zones, racking safety, emergency exits); correct violations immediately,training and certifications.Qualifications2+ years in e-commerce or logistics warehouse, with at least 1 year as a team lead/shift lead. Hands-on familiarity with picking, packing, inbound, and cycle count processes. WMS experience preferred.
