Over the past 40 years, Sadeco has successfully transformed more than 6,000 spaces, aiming to create interiors that feel elegant, alive, and tailored to clients’ needs.Role Description The Supervisor role at Sadeco Decor LLC is a full-time, on-site position based in Sharjah. The Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations on interior decoration projects, including coordinating site activities, managing teams of technicians and installers, and ensuring work is completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. This role involves monitoring project timelines, allocating resources, tracking progress, and reporting status updates to management and project stakeholders. The Supervisor collaborates with designers, project managers, and suppliers to resolve issues, maintain material availability, and support efficient workflow. The role also includes conducting site inspections, guiding team members, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.Qualifications Demonstrated experience supervising on-site teams in interior decoration, construction, or fit-out projects, with strong leadership and team coordination skills.Ability to read and interpret design drawings and project plans, and ensure accurate execution of work to design, quality, and safety standards.Solid project coordination skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, progress tracking, and problem-solving on active job sites.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with designers, project managers, clients, suppliers, and site staff.Knowledge of basic health and safety practices for on-site work, with commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant environment.Prior experience in the interior decoration, joinery, or fit-out industry in the UAE or GCC region is highly beneficial.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Sharjah on a full-time basis, with flexibility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
