Supervisor

TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading automotive organization to hire a Quality Supervisor. This role will lead quality inspection operations, support team development, ensure customer quality standards are met, and drive overall operational performance across assigned projects.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop Quality Associates through training, coaching, and performance validation.Monitor daily project activities to ensure quality, safety, and customer requirements are met.Perform audits and validations throughout each shift to maintain process compliance.Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions using continuous improvement methods.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and maintain strong client relationships.Address employee performance concerns and encourage open communication and accountability.Coordinate multiple projects and locations while ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.Maintain work instructions, ISO documentation, performance records, and operational reports.Promote a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.RequirementsPrevious leadership or supervisory experience in quality, manufacturing, or automotive environments.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.Strong conflict resolution, coaching, and team development skills.Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Flexibility to support varying schedules and operational needs.Proficiency with documentation, reporting, and quality processes.Physical RequirementsFrequent standing, walking, and repetitive movement throughout the shift.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that is not temperature controlled.Required use of PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, hard hats, and work boots.TRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
