The Supervisor/Foreman will oversee construction activities and interior fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Responsibilities include organizing day-to-day tasks, managing workers and subcontractors, maintaining safety standards at the site, interpreting drawings and specifications, coordinating with project managers and clients, and resolving on-site challenges to ensure seamless project execution.QualificationsProven experience as a construction supervisor or foreman at least 3-5 years in UAE market.Strong project management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and managing multiple tasksHands-on experience in supervising site workers, subcontractors, and ensuring proper material usageComprehensive knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and techniquesCommitment to upholding health, safety, and compliance standards at project sitesExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in handling on-site challengesEffective communication and teamwork skills to liaise with clients, designers, and project managersAbility to deliver under tight deadlines while ensuring attention to detail and qualityPrevious experience in interior fit-out, construction, or a related fieldGood physical condition Relevant certifications or technical training in construction or interior fit-out management.Valid UAE driving license (availability of own car will be an advantage)For more information please contact 0545177599 by whatsup.Apply now to info@crystalfituae.com or contact 0545177599.
