The resort features over 20 curated restaurants and lounges, the traditional Souk Madinat Jumeirah, dedicated kids' clubs and some of the region’s most versatile event and conference spaces.About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supervisor – Housekeeping to join Madinat JumeirahThe main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Supervise housekeeping attendants and ensure daily services are completed efficiently and to hotel standards.Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.Coordinate with suppliers and contractors, manage housekeeping resources, and maintain accurate records of deep-cleaning activities.Ensure housekeeping equipment is properly maintained and manage the secure distribution and control of master keys.Handle guest complaints professionally, following SOPs and escalating issues to the Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager when required.Support team training and performance evaluations while coordinating with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B to ensure smooth hotel operations.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or a related field is desirable.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Creative and guest-focused, with the ability to develop ideas that enhance the guest experience.Strong ability to train, motivate, and support team members.3–5 years of experience in a housekeeping role within a luxury hotel.About the BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
