Apply & track with Apply EdgeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Supervisor -NDT/NDI to lead day-to-day maintenance operations for assigned platforms. In this role, you will oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of cost-effective maintenance and repair services to ensure high aircraft and equipment availability, reliability, and readiness for our customers.You will report to the Team Lead – NDT/NDI and play a key role in driving efficient, compliant, and safe maintenance operations.Key Responsibilities Supervise the day-to-day operations of the platform Maintenance Operations section, ensuring work processes comply with established policies and procedures.Manage implementation of maintenance planning to deliver efficient, productive, and cost-effective repair and maintenance services.Support development of optimum maintenance planning targets focused on efficiency, availability, reliability, and performance improvement.Contribute to and implement maintenance schedules to ensure on-time execution and optimal aircraft performance.Resolve day-to-day operational maintenance issues to deliver high-quality service.Ensure all aircraft maintenance activities are performed efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with standards.Develop preventive maintenance schedules to maximize aircraft readiness and minimize breakdowns.Monitor materials, spares, and consumables usage against budgeted assumptions.Set goals, manage performance, develop staff, and provide feedback to maximize team engagement and results.Maintain strong relationships with third-party providers (via Supply Chain) to support operational, safety, environmental, and cost targets.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in an Aviation discipline or Technical Diploma (or equivalent).Certified to minimum Level II in four (4) NDT methods, with the capability to achieve Level III certification in at least one NDT method within the first year of employment.Completion of formal NDT training in the relevant inspection methods.Experience:Minimum 8 years of experience working as an NDT Level II inspector.Demonstrated and validated On-the-Job Training (OJT) hours in accordance with applicable certification requirements.Proven experience in supervising and coordinating NDT personnel and activities.Strong knowledge of NDT procedures, applicable codes, standards, and acceptance criteria.Ability to review NDT results, reports, and technical documentation.Good understanding of QA/QC and HSE requirements related to NDT activities.Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Experience supporting audits, client inspections, and certification assessments.Competent in NDT equipment, calibration, documentation, and inspection planning.
