 Ability to communicate orally in confidence with clients and other department.  Good listening skills, assertive.  Should have a minimum 3-5 years of experience in Offshore Oil and Gas construction industry with supervisory position.  Should have NACE-1 Certification.  Minimum high school graduation and above.  Should have knowledge of various international standards applicable in the industry.  Well versed with MS Office and good computer knowledge.  Ability to use knowledge effectively and efficiently.  Leadership, motivation and team work.  Demonstrates ability to listen to the views of others and respond in a logical manner and be a solution maker.
