Supplier Development Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesSource and develop manufacturing partners in Johor Bahru and surrounding areas.Negotiate cooperation terms, pricing, and production requirements with factories.Monitor production progress, quality, and delivery performance.Act as the liaison between the company and partner factories.Conduct market research and provide industry insights.Prepare reports and support supplier performance management.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in the wood panel, building materials, or manufacturing industry.Familiar with factories and supplier networks in Johor Bahru.Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.Willing to travel frequently within Johor and occasionally overseas.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary (negotiable).Performance bonus and annual bonus.Career development and training opportunities.
