قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJob DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated professional to join our team and take ownership of Supplier engagements with Retailers, eCommerce players and Vendor for Onboarding and BAU which includes Data compliance and improvements. In this role, you will work closely with suppliers, data governance, and project managers to strengthen relationships, improve data quality, and ensure service levels are met. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of countries and retailers, driving measurable improvements in how we receive and use data.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, operations, and supplier engagement, and who wants to make a direct impact on business outcomes.Responsibilities:Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring data receipt aligns with service level agreements (SLAs)Partner with data analysts to review KPIs and lead conversations with suppliers to drive improvementsAnalyze data quality metrics and collaborate with suppliers to enhance accuracy and consistencyIdentify new opportunities to improve retailer data quality and work with the operations strategy team to bring these opportunities to lifeBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, acting as their main point of contactSupport onboarding activities, including data quality testing, format alignment, and timeliness expectationsCoordinate with local operations teams and project managers to finalize onboarding plans for new suppliersHandle escalations and queries from retailers, ensuring timely resolution and clear communicationContribute to system improvements, including SAP, transactional data handling, FTP/MFT setup, and retailer system changesQualificationsStrong technical knowledge with the ability to interpret and apply data in a business contextExcellent analytical, Presentation and problem‑solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)Tech‑savvy, with exposure to different data and file formatsAbility to understand and interpret diverse data structures and mappingKnowledge in Python, SQL is an added advantageFluent in English, with strong communication skills and knowing Arabic is an advantageAdditional InformationOur BenefitsFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
