Your JobJob Summary:We are looking for a Supplier Helpdesk Project Manager with strong experience in SAP Ariba, supplier onboarding, supplier support, and service delivery. The role will manage supplier helpdesk operations, ensure SLA/KPI compliance, and coordinate with suppliers, procurement, IT, and business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Manage supplier helpdesk and support operations across onboarding, registration, qualification, and enablement.Manage SAP Ariba supplier-related processes and support.Monitor SLAs, KPIs, ticket resolution, FCR, and supplier satisfaction.Lead helpdesk/support teams and manage resources and performance.Coordinate with procurement, IT, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Handle escalations, RCA, issue resolution, and service improvement.Support project transition, mobilization, go-live, and operational governance.Drive process improvement, self-service, knowledge management, and automation.Requirements:3–5 years of experience in Supplier Helpdesk / Supplier Support / Procurement Operations.Strong hands-on experience with SAP Ariba.Experience in supplier onboarding and enablement at scale.Strong Project Management and Service Delivery experience.Experience with SLA/KPI-driven support operations.Good stakeholder management and communication skills.Knowledge of tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Power BI, MS Office, or similar is preferred. Qualifications: MBA / B.Tech / Any Graduation Preferred Experience: Energy/Utilities, Oil & Gas, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Procurement BPO, or Supply Chain environments.
