Supplier Master Data Specialist

Autobia is a Saudi technology company founded in Dammam in 2021, building the ecosystem that supports the growth of the traditional retail sector — its most developed vertical to date being the auto parts market.We Hire BuildersWe hire builders who see themselves in the decisions, not just the tasks — and right now, we're looking for a Supplier Master Data Specialist to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our supplier pricing data.In this role, you'll monitor compliance with agreed quotations, prepare accurate pricing files, and maintain parts and price master data in the system to support Sales and Procurement. You'll report to the Supplier Relations Manager and partner closely with Sales and Procurement to keep pricing clean, compliant, and up to date.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, review, and format supplier quotations, ensuring they are free of calculation and typing errors before submitting them to the Supplier Relations Manager for approval.Conduct daily reviews of system prices against agreed supplier rates, and immediately flag any discrepancies or unapproved price changes.Update system prices based on newly approved supplier quotations.Upload prices, descriptions, and brand information for new parts into the system.Deactivate unavailable parts and keep catalog data complete and consistent.Analyze pricing data to identify trends, anomalies, and recurring supplier issues, and share insights with the Supplier Relations Manager.Respond to Sales and Procurement inquiries on pricing and part availability.QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years of experience in data analysis, master data management, or pricing operations.Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleansing).Experience with ERP systems and master data / catalog management.Strong analytical skills for detecting price discrepancies and identifying data patterns.High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.Fluency in Arabic; good English proficiency for handling part descriptions and brands.Nice to HaveKnowledge of auto parts or the automotive trade.
