Apply & track with Apply EdgeRole DescriptionSupport day-to-day supplier operations, including order coordination, documentation, delivery tracking, and supplier communication.Coordinate with suppliers to confirm product specifications, quantities, pricing, order status, production schedules, and delivery requirements.Prepare and maintain accurate purchase orders, supplier records, quotations, invoices, delivery documents, and other procurement-related documentation.Monitor supplier orders and proactively follow up on production, shipment, and delivery timelines to ensure requirements are met.Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, warehouse, finance, quality, and other internal teams to facilitate smooth supplier operations.Track supplier performance, including delivery accuracy, lead times, quality issues, responsiveness, and order fulfillment.Identify and report discrepancies related to quantities, specifications, pricing, documentation, or delivery schedules.Assist with resolving supplier-related operational issues and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.Maintain up-to-date supplier information, pricing data, product details, contracts, and performance records in relevant systems.Support supplier onboarding, documentation collection, compliance checks, and account maintenance as required.Prepare supplier performance reports, order summaries, operational updates, and other management information.Assist with supplier reviews, process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and opportunities to improve service levels.Ensure supplier-related activities follow company policies, procurement procedures, quality standards, and approval requirements.QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or a related discipline.Good understanding of supplier management, purchasing processes, order fulfillment, inventory, and supply chain operations.Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with suppliers and internal teams.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing orders, pricing, specifications, and documentation.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to identify discrepancies and operational risks.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with ERP, procurement, supplier management, or inventory systems is an advantage.Strong follow-up and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple suppliers, orders, and deadlines.Good commercial awareness and understanding of cost, quality, delivery, and service requirements.Proactive, responsible, adaptable, and results-oriented approach to work.Ability to handle supplier information and commercial data with discretion and professionalism.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with procurement, supply chain, finance, warehouse, and other departments.
