Supplier Quality Engineer

We are currently looking for a Supplier Industrialization Quality Engineer to join a leading industrial company in Saudi Arabia, based in Riyadh or Dammam.The role focuses on working directly with suppliers to improve quality, manufacturing efficiency, capacity and cost performance, while ensuring suppliers are ready for new products and increased production volumes.Key responsibilities:Conduct supplier quality, manufacturing process and VDA 6.3 auditsAssess supplier capacity, processes, equipment and production readinessIdentify bottlenecks and drive corrective and continuous improvement actionsSupport suppliers in improving CP/CPK, cycle time, yield and quality performanceLead supplier quality problem-solving and improvement initiativesReview PFMEA, control plans, process flows and work instructionsSupport APQP, PPAP and First Article Inspection activitiesSupport new product introduction, ramp-up, volume increases and localization projectsWork closely with Quality, Purchasing, R&D, Manufacturing and Logistics teamsProvide technical guidance and training to suppliers on Lean, Six Sigma, process control and mistake-proofingWhat we are looking for:Engineering degree, ideally Mechanical, Production, Automotive or Electrical7+ years of experience in manufacturing or supplier engineeringStrong experience working directly with suppliers on quality improvement and industrializationExperience in automotive, industrial, consumer or electronics manufacturing.
