Supplier Sourcing & Onboarding Specialist – Fragrance/Perfume

The role:We're looking for someone to find, vet, and onboard fragrance/perfume suppliers and distributors for Vuroud. You'll own the supplier pipeline from first contact through to a working commercial relationship — pricing, terms, product data, and ongoing coordination.What you'll do:Identify and reach out to fragrance suppliers/distributors (regional and international)Vet suppliers for legitimacy, authenticity, pricing competitiveness, and reliabilityNegotiate pricing, margins, payment terms, and drop-ship/stock arrangementsManage onboarding: contracts, product data collection, catalog setupMaintain supplier relationships and troubleshoot ongoing issuesWhat we're looking for:Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier development — beauty/FMCG/fragrance background strongly preferredExisting supplier or distributor contacts in the fragrance space is a major plusComfortable negotiating commercial terms independentlyOrganized — able to manage multiple supplier relationships and onboarding pipelines at once
